Is a tea beverage that combines wheat with black tea. During processing, black tea undergoes a chemical reaction centered around the oxidation of tea polyphenols. There’s a significant change in the chemical composition of fresh leaves, with a reduction of over 90% in tea polyphenols and the emergence of new components such as theaflavins and thearubigins.
Brewing Instructions
Recommended brewing time: Brew for 20 minutes
Recommended brewing temperature: 100°C hot water
Recommended brewing ratio: 1:50 (tea leaves in grams: water in milliliters)
Creative Usage
Wheat Black Tea
- Mix 200cc of wheat black tea with 30cc of fructose in a shaker cup.
- Add ice until the cup is full, shake well, then serve in a drinking cup.
Wheat Black Tea Latte
- Mix 200cc of wheat black tea with 100cc of fresh milk in a shaker cup.
- Add ice until the cup is full, shake well, then serve in a drinking cup.
Bubble Milk Tea
- Place 150g of cooked tapioca pearls at the bottom of a drinking cup.
- Mix 200cc of wheat black tea, 30g of rich creamer, and 15cc of fructose in a shaker cup.
- Add ice until the cup is full, shake well, then serve in a drinking cup.
Wheat Black Tea Panna Cotta
- Mix 500cc of wheat black tea with 100g of panna cotta powder in a pot, bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat, pour into a mold, and let it sit until solidified.
