In Taiwan, oolong tea is considered a unique variety with specific requirements for tea tree varieties and tea processing. Therefore, Golden Oolong Tea can be used to generalize all semi-fermented teas, with oolong tea being one of its types.
Brewing Instructions
Recommended steeping time: 15 minutes
Recommended steeping temperature: 85°C hot water
Recommended brewing ratio: 1:50 (tea leaves in grams: water in milliliters)

Golden Oolong Tea
1. In a shaker cup, add 200ml of Golden Oolong Tea infusion and 30ml of fructose, stir well.
2. Add ice to fill the shaker cup and serve.
Golden Oolong Tea Latte
1. In a shaker cup, add 200ml of Golden Oolong Tea infusion and 100ml of fresh milk, stir well.
2. Add ice to fill the shaker cup and serve.
Pearl Oolong Milk Tea
1. Take a drinking cup and add 150g of cooked pearls to the bottom.
2. In a shaker cup, add 200ml of Golden Oolong Tea infusion, 30g of rich milk powder, and 15cc of fructose, stir well.
3. Add ice to fill the shaker cup and pour into the drinking cup to serve.
Golden Oolong Tea Cheese
1. In a pot, add 500ml of Golden Oolong Tea infusion and 100g of cheese powder, stir well, and bring to a boil.
2. Turn off the heat, pour the mixture into a mold, and let it set until solidified.
