Product Features
The distinctive feature of Baked Oolong Tea lies in its process of heavy fermentation, followed by baking using wood. The resulting tea leaves carry the floral and fruity aroma produced during heavy fermentation, the mellow fragrance of roasting, and most uniquely, the characteristic charcoal aroma from the wood used in the baking process.
