Jasmine Green Tea is a blend of jasmine flowers and green tea leaves, allowing the tea leaves to absorb the fragrance of jasmine flowers. Due to variations in the quality of tea buds, jasmine flowers selected for processing, and the number of times the flowers are blended, the quality of the tea can vary significantly. Generally, the more times the blending occurs, the higher the quality and the more expensive the tea. Jasmine Green Tea use top-grade tender green tea leaves and fresh jasmine flowers, processed through multiple steaming and roasting sessions. It has a fragrant aroma and leaves a lingering aftertaste. Being non-fermented, this green tea is rich in catechins, making it a popular and light choice for post-meal enjoyment!
Brewing Instructions
Recommended brewing time: Brew for 10 minutes
Recommended brewing temperature: 72~75°C hot water
Recommended brewing ratio: 1:50 (tea leaves in grams: water in milliliters)
Creative Usage
Jasmine Tea
- Mix 200cc of jasmine green tea with 30cc of fructose in a shaker cup.
- Add ice until the cup is full, shake well, then serve in a drinking cup.
Jasmine Tea Latte
- Mix 200cc of jasmine green tea with 100cc of fresh milk in a shaker cup.
- Add ice until the cup is full, shake well, then serve in a drinking cup.
Jasmine Milk Tea
- Place 150g of cooked tapioca pearls at the bottom of a drinking cup.
- Mix 200cc of jasmine green tea, 30g of rich creamer, and 15cc of fructose in a shaker cup.
- Add ice until the cup is full, shake well, then serve in a drinking cup.
Jasmine Tea Panna Cotta
- Mix 500cc of jasmine green tea with 100g of panna cotta powder in a pot, bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat, pour into a mold, and let it sit until solidified.
