Brewing Method:
Mix in a ratio of 1:2:3 (cream: Special Mousse Powder: milk) and whip until thickened. It can be used as an addition to other beverages (such as tea, fruit juice, smoothies, etc.).
Recommended Uses:
Mousse Tea
1. In a shaker cup, add 200cc of tea and 30cc of fruit syrup, mix well.
2. Add ice until the cup is full, then pour 50g of mousse on top.
Mousse Milk Tea
1. In a shaker cup, add 200cc of tea, 30g of milk tea powder, and 30cc of fruit syrup, mix well.
2. Add ice until the cup is full, then pour 50g of mousse on top.
Mousse Lychee Smoothie
1. In a blender, add 700cc of ice, 80cc of Lychee Syrup, 60cc of water, and 10g of Smoothie Powder.
2. Blend until smooth, then pour into a cup.
3. Top with 50g of mousse and enjoy.
